Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Tokaro Billing, including the Android app, PC app, website, subscriptions, licenses and support services. By using Tokaro, you agree to these Terms.
Product
Tokaro Billing provides billing, inventory, customer credit, supplier ledger, expense, report, barcode, printing and related business workflow features. Features may vary by platform, version, device, subscription and hardware compatibility.
Accounts and Device Access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. PC licenses and subscriptions may be bound to specific devices. Attempting to bypass subscription checks, duplicate licenses, modify app files or share access outside the allowed plan is prohibited.
Subscriptions and Payments
PC monthly and yearly plans may be sold through Razorpay Subscriptions and are activated after successful subscription authorisation or payment verification. Android subscriptions may be sold through Google Play where available. Plan pricing, billing cycle, validity and device scope are shown before purchase.
Recurring PC subscriptions renew automatically through Razorpay until cancelled, halted, completed or otherwise ended. Access continues only for the paid subscription period shown by Tokaro.
Business Compliance
You are responsible for verifying all bills, tax values, reports, inventory entries, customer balances and supplier balances. Tokaro is a software tool and does not replace legal, tax, accounting or business compliance advice.
Hardware Compatibility
Printer, barcode scanner, Bluetooth and camera features depend on device permissions, operating system support, drivers and hardware compatibility. Some hardware may require setup or may not be supported.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Tokaro for unlawful activity.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, copy or redistribute the app.
- Do not attempt to disable subscription, licensing or security checks.
- Do not misuse support, payment or license systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokaro and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity or goodwill. Users should keep regular backups and verify important records.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tokaro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
