This Privacy Policy explains how Tokaro Billing, operated by Yashvant Uddhav Kale, handles information when you use the Tokaro Billing Android app, PC app, website, subscriptions and support services.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, store name, email address, device identifiers, subscription status, license status, payment reference details and support messages.
The app may store billing, inventory, customer credit, supplier, expense, report and backup data on your device or in services used for app operation, depending on the feature configuration.
Payment Information
PC subscription payments may be processed through Razorpay subscription checkout and webhooks. Android subscriptions may be processed through Google Play where available. Tokaro does not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords or CVV details.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage store accounts.
- To verify subscriptions, licenses and device activation.
- To provide billing, inventory, reporting and backup features.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- To detect misuse, unauthorized access or license abuse.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers required to operate the app, including Firebase, Google Play services, Razorpay and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and operational controls to protect account, license and payment reference information. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should keep device access, passwords and backups protected.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of billing, tax, inventory, customer and supplier data entered in Tokaro. You should maintain backups and comply with local business, tax and licensing requirements.
Data Deletion
For account or data deletion requests, email tokarotoken@gmail.com from your registered email address. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.
