Refund and Cancellation Policy

PC Plans

Tokaro PC plans are digital software access plans. Monthly and yearly PC plans are recurring subscriptions activated after successful Razorpay authorisation or payment verification, and are tied to the allowed device scope of the selected plan.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for a PC plan by emailing tokarotoken@gmail.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, wrong plan purchase before activation, or activation failure that support cannot resolve.

Refunds may be declined after successful activation and substantial use of the software, except where required by applicable law or where Tokaro support confirms a technical issue that cannot be resolved.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, UPI and Razorpay processing timelines may vary and commonly take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Cancellation

Recurring PC subscriptions can be cancelled through Razorpay-supported cancellation or Tokaro support workflows. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the already paid subscription period expires unless misuse, chargeback, refund or license abuse requires earlier revocation.

Android Plans

Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google Play. Cancellation, renewal and refund requests for those subscriptions are subject to Google Play policies and must be handled through the Google Play account used for purchase.

How To Request Support

Send an email from your registered email address with your store name, payment date, amount, plan name and issue description. Do not include card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or passwords.
